Full Moon BBQ- August 29

The next full moon is on a Saturday night, and I like making music with friends under that beautiful moon..... So it is time to announce Full Moon BBQ.

And, i can not decide between these two plans (and need your help):

1) So lets make it a BBQ.... food between 5 and 7, bring something to share and your own beverage, then music likely around 7 until you all leave....

OR

2) I am hankering for some electric music, and when better to do it than on a full moon. However, I have close neighbors. So, doing electric means, come on over for music around 2, we will break and have something to eat 5-7, and if you feel like staying, acoustic OR even CONVERSATION around the fire thereafter.......

In either event:

 if you are not eating, you don't need to contribute to food.... but please bring your own beverage (and take it home!).

The night before this is my friend Stephens gig at the spotty dog in hudson, and the afternoon after is my gig with rick at the stewart house.... so I can't make it a very late night, but you guys are pretty good at that anyway!!! As always, out of towners and drink too muchers are wellcome to stay the night

when i expect to be serving food, i do like knowing if you are coming and what you are bringing, please. it makes my worrisome planning SO much easier.....

AND FINALLY.... are there folks who would make it worth our while to set up a PA for electric music Saturday afternoon? a couple guitars, bass, drums would be at minimum needed.... if I clean out the garage, we can play in there if it rains, believe it or not, sounds pretty good in there if not too loud.....
